Through a combination of lymphatic drainage, breathwork, a guided body scan facial reflexology, deep facial massage, fascial release, intra oral (buccal) TMJ work, scalp shoulder and neck massage, and deeply calming nervous system techniques, this ritual melts restrictions in the tissues, softens emotional holding patterns, and invites the whole body into a state of rest.

As tension releases the face naturally becomes more lifted, open sculpted and symmetrical- not through force but through letting go. Grounding soothing and deeply restorative.
